Veg Biryani

Ingredients:

Basumati Rice 5 cups

  • Fresh coconut paste
  • Potatoes 2
  • Mixed vegtable pieces  1  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Mealmakers 25
  • Onion  1/2
  • Garam masala powder 2 spoons
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Vegetable oil or ghee 5 spoons
  • Water 8 cups

Procedure:

Cut the potatos, wash Basmati rice keep them aside. Heat oil and add allam ginger paste stir it for 5 sec .And now add onions,potato pieces, vegtables. Mix them well for a min, and now add meal makers, coconut paste,salt, masala powder and rice .Mix them gently and now add water.Put the lid for 20 to 25 min.Now reduce the heat. In the mean while we will prepare the perugu chatny.cut one onion and 2 chillies into small pieces.grated carrot and two spoons grated coconut and salt ,coriander leaves and curd 4 cups. mix them well.if you want you can put popu also .
