Vankaya+ Tamato+ Kheera Dosa kaya Chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Vankayalu or Brinjal   4
  • Tamatoes 2
  • Kheera Dosa1
  • Chillies  8
  • Onion 1/4 (midium size)
  • Tamarind paste 1spoon
  • Salt
  • A pinch of turmeric powder 
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon
  • Oil 2 or 3 spoons  
  • Red chillies 2
  • Urd dal 1tbs
  • Chana dal 1tbs
  • Mustard    1/2tbs
  • Cumin1/2tbs
  • Coriander leaves

Procedure:Heat the oil and fry the chillies first and keep them a side to cool. Now put the vankaya  mukkalu in the same oil and stir well put the lid.stir occasionally till the pieces smoothen .Keep them aside and then tamato pieces.Now take mixi, put fried chillies ,ginger garlic paste,tamarind ,salt,turmeric powder,cuminand make it paste.Now add vankaya+
tamato pieces(cooked),mix it gently.do nt do it paste.Now cutthe keera dosa into small pieces mix them gently.Add coriander.
Put it in a bowl, Add seaoning or popu to this chutney.
Very tasty with rice.
